You must be at least 25 years old to enter into a boat rental agreement. Anyone born after January 1, 1988 must have a boaters safety certificate in order to rent a boat.
All renters must be an experienced boater and proficient at all aspects of boat handling. You must have a full understanding of navigational rules of the road, navigation markers, day markers and fully capable of reading and understanding a navigation chart. Due to our location, boats must navigate into the Gulf of Mexico to access all points north and south. Renters must be comfortable with operating in the Gulf.
